Prepare the two slices of swordfish, take the ingredients for the marinade, and put everything in a saucepan.
Leave the fish to marinate for about an hour at room temperature or in the fridge.
Heat the hotplate for approximately 20 minutes, then place the slices of swordfish on it to cook.
When the fish is ready place it on a plate with the tzatziki sauce on a side, and finally pour the marinade on the fish.
